Statistical Data and Analysis (as of November 28)

In late November, Russian and Chinese military vessels and aircrafts have navigated near Japanese territory. In the Defense ministers’ meeting between Japan and China in Laos, Japan’s Defense minister NAKATANI Gen conveyed Japan’s concerns about Chinese assertive military activities.

On the other hand, there are some signs on change. Japan and China hold the summit and the Defense ministerial meeting in November. China delivered its intentions to remove the buoys in the Japan’s EEZ near the Senkakus.
